SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 5-8 working days after confirmation. During sale periods or promotional events, shipping may take 10-12 working days. Urgent shipping is available. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7498486443 before placing your order. International Shipping: Available on request. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer. Customisation is also available on request. Address cannot be changed once the order is placed
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted. Refunds are applicable only if the item has not been processed, and must be requested within 72 hours of order placement. No cancellation requests will be entertained after dispatch.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Product must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. A clear opening video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory for any exchange or issue. Only one exchange per order is permitted. If your desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued (valid for 6 months). Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the error is ours. Once we receive your exchange order we will go through a quality check before exchanging. Exchange process taked 10-15 days approx. Contact us within 72 hours for exchange.
4. NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
The following are not eligible for return or exchange: Sale items, Combos, Custom-stitched items, Products from the "Bride" or "Bridesmaid" collection, Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) without proper unboxing proof.
5.RETURN & REFUND POLICY
No monetary refunds are provided under any circumstances. In eligible cases (manufacturing defect, wrong item), exchange or store credit will be issued. For damage claims, an unboxing video from package opening to product inspection is mandatory. Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issuance. Used, altered, washed, or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.
